Pretty In BLANC: Part II

some more inspirations for more of an everyday-look of BLANC...

Some classy combo with white and off white from Sartorialist.
Simple but bold from Bu of Bu the right thing.

Crisp and fresh from Stand Up Comedy in Portland.
Flowy and light from Totokaelo.

I'd wear all of these not just for BLANC, but for, like, ever....

Pretty In BLANC: Part I

Been seeing some great inspirations for what to wear at BLANC preview party this FRIDAY where we're asking everyone to wear something white! I still got lots to do on the list to prep for the show....Obvoiusly, I totally have my priority set here...

I especially love this whole collection by Rodarte for Opening Ceremony...totally BLANC.

Some great pieces for the boys, too!

Dream Closet

MUST check out this inspiring closet visit of Momoko Suzuki's space, wardrobe, and her stylish sensibility.
I first saw some pieces from her brand Black Crane at Mohawk General Store (my new fav shop in LA) and wished I had splurged on one of her beautiful Japanese dyed shirts. (below)...but mostly, I wish I can just have all her clothes..and everything she owns....

Margaret Howell S/S 2011

I Love this whole collection by Margaret Howell.

Even though its the Spring/Summer collection, most of the pieces can totally be worn all year round....or even year after year with its classic timeless look.
All her pieces are especially perfect for Seattle's temperamental weather pattern....Come to think of it, I don't even remember the last time I wore JUST tank top and shorts! It seems that I always still need to have a thin outer layer no matter what....and as for shorts, honestly, I don't think I ever worn it without tights!

Ok...summer Seattle...any day now~!

Holy Mother of Leather Bags!

I think I died and came back to life when I saw these ridiculously amazing leather bags by Nutsa Modebadze!
She makes each bag with the MOST beautiful leather.
Nutsa designs all her bags with a such great sensitivity to all the leather she uses by truly celebrating it's texture, color & shape.

I literally spent HOURS clicking through EVERY single page looking at EVERY single thing...
And all these photos here are just a small tiny percentage of all the things she's ever made....

You can see all her latest work and her process on her blog...she's currently working on some wonderful woven leather stuff...I simply can't wait....
If only I could just touch one of these bags...I would die a happy person.
