We got these AMAZING and beautiful beats from Ballard Farmer's Market. I never knew Beets can look like this!! They remind me of colorful Japanese food, such as yellow tsukemono, or the bright pink kamaboko. These beets tasted just as lovely and sweet as they looked.-Jean
