I did a cooking post for Poppytalk today on a Greek-themed meal we made the other day using some recipes from the NY Times Magazine. My favorite is the bright pink fuschia colored beet tzatziki...and no....it's not just because of the color...it actually taste good, too! Love the dish combination - who makes that gray bowl with the tzatiziki in it?
I'm not sure where that came from, I picked it up at some thrift store long time ago. It looked like a Japanese style matcha drinking bowl.
It's lovely and a perfect contrast to the fuschia.
Did you use red beets rather than yellow ones that were in the recipe - that color!
